An introduction to SOMA Breath - a profound guided breath meditation - and a safe, sharing session with participants from around the world.

This introductory session can be attended as stand-alone event, as many times as you want. However, it is ideally preparation for deeper work in the "Breathe and Connect Intermediate" and "Breathe and Imagine" sessions.
